WEBB CITY, Mo. — Alex Flores recorded a hat trick, while Tristan Barroeta and Joe Wermuth added a pair of goals apiece in Webb City’s 8-0 Senior Night win over College Heights with McAuley on Thursday.
Flores scored in the ninth minute to give the Cardinals an early lead.
Barroeta notched his first goal in the 20th minute before Wermuth’s goal made 3-0 in the 29th minute.
Barroeta’s second goal came late in the 35th minute and gave the Cardinals a 4-0 lead at intermission.
Webb City went up 5-0 when Flores scored in the 42nd minute. Josh White added a goal seven minutes later to give the hosts a six-score lead.
Wermuth and Flores added goals in the 65th and 74th minutes, respectively, for the final margin.
Goalkeeper Connor Black earned the shutout.
Webb City (8-2) is at Ozark on Tuesday. College Heights with McAuley (4-2) will compete at the Greenwood Classic on Saturday.
