MONETT, Mo. — McDonald County improved to 2-0 in the Big 8 West and 8-7 overall with a 3-0 win over Monett on Thursday night.
The set scores were 25-16, 25-20 and 25-23.
Kaycee Factor had 17 digs and four aces for the Mustangs, while Katelyn Ferdig and Shye Hardin had eight kills apiece. Erin Cooper handed out 29 assists.
The Mustangs will compete at the Mount Vernon Tournament on Saturday.
