Nixa defeated Carl Junction 10-0 in five innings on Tuesday in a Central Ozark Conference softball clash.
The Eagles led 4-0 when they added six runs in the fourth inning.
Carl Junction was limited to two hits by Nixa’s Maddy Meierer, who struck out 11 and walked one.
Nixa’s Chloe Krans hit a grand slam, while Meierer had three hits. Phoebe Gardner drove in two runs on two hits.
Hannah Cole took the loss. She gave up 10 earned runs on 10 hits and three walks.
Carl Junction is at Nevada on Wednesday.
