HARRISONVILLE, Mo. — Webb City earned a straight-set victory over Harrisonville on Thursday night in non-conference prep volleyball action.
The Cardinals defeated the Wildcats 25-12, 25-19, 25-12.
Webb City (2-0) received eight kills from Kearston Galardo and six kills from Brenda Lawrence. Aubree Lassiter and Kyah Sanborn had three kills apiece, while Makenzie Storm had five blocks and two kills.
Sanborn, a junior setter, handed out 18 assists. Sophomore defensive specialist Sophia Crane had 19 digs.
Kate Brownfield added eight digs, while Storm had six and Jenna Noel and Sanborn contributed five digs apiece.
The Cardinals recorded 11 aces in the match, with Brownfield serving five.
Webb City is at Rogers Heritage on Monday.
