WEBB CITY, Mo. — Webb City earned a 3-0 victory over McDonald County on Monday in non-conference prep volleyball action inside the Cardinal Dome.
The Cardinals defeated the Mustangs 25-20, 25-13, 25-22.
Kearston Galardo recorded 11 kills to lead Webb City’s balanced attack at the net, while Kenzie Storm added eight kills, three aces and two blocks. Aubree Lassiter added seven kills, while Brenda Lawrence and Kate Brownfield contributed six kills apiece.
Kyah Sanborn handed out 32 assists, had five digs and served two aces, while Sophia Crane had a team-high 10 digs. Jenna Noel added nine digs and Brownfield had eight digs.
McDonald County’s Megan Elwood had six kills and 10 digs, while Abby Wiseman had 17 assists.
Kirklyn Kasischke contributed 14 digs.
Webb City hosts Neosho on Tuesday night. McDonald County travels to Cassville on Tuesday night.
