State cross country meet a three-day event in 2020

STATE CROSS COUNTRY AT A GLANCE

What: 46th MSHSAA Cross Country Championships
When: November 5-7
Where: Gans Creek Cross Country Course, Columbia
NEW THIS YEAR: Instead of a one-day meet on Saturday, this year’s state meet has been spread out over three days due to the coronavirus. Attendance is limited to two spectators per runner in each race.
THURSDAY’S SCHEDULE: The Class 3 girls race will be held at 12:30, with the boys to follow at 3.
FRIDAY’S SCHEDULE: Friday’s slate features the Class 4 girls race at 8:30 a.m., with the Class 4 boys to follow at 11. The Class 2 girls run at 1:30, with the Class 2 boys at 4.
SATURDAY’S SCHEDULE: The Class 5 girls race is at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday, with the Class 5 boys to run at 11. The Class 1 girls run at 1:30, with the Class 1 boys to follow at 4.
