Southern football to play one spring game

JOPLIN, Mo. — The Missouri Southern football team has announced it will play one game this spring as the Lions will travel to Bethany, Oklahoma, to take on Southern Nazarene on March 18.

The Lions and the Crimson Storm will kickoff at 3 p.m. from the SNU Football Stadium in Bethany. It will be the first game in the tenure of new head football coach Atiba Bradley.

The game will be brought to you live on the Missouri Southern Radio Network and Fox Sports Joplin. Mike McClure and Scott Boudreaux will bring you the action live from the stadium. The Lions are in the midst of spring ball and will play one final spring scrimmage on April 24 at 1 from Fred G. Hughes Stadium.
