After clinching the South Division championship, the Joplin Outlaws will host a MINK League playoff game on Tuesday night.
With the season on the line, the Outlaws will host either Sedalia or Jefferson City at 7 p.m. on Tuesday at Joe Becker Stadium. Tuesday’s winner will advance to the MINK League championship series against the North Division winner.
Sedalia and Jeff City meet on Monday night, with the winner advancing to play the Outlaws for the division championship.
The Outlaws, who recently had a nine-game winning streak, finished the regular season with a record of 23-21.
The St. Joseph Mustangs won the North Division.
Monday’s North Division playoff game features Clarinda and Des Moines.
The MINK League championship series is scheduled to begin on Thursday, July 28 at a site to be determined. The best of three series is slated to continue on Friday, and if necessary, will conclude on Saturday.
