Several local girls wrestling teams competed at the Lady Vikings Holiday Tournament at Parkview High School.
There were 21 teams in attendance.
CARL JUNCTION HIGHLIGHTS
Bryanna McCabe finished sixth at 120 pounds, while Isabella Montez was ninth at 135 and Sarah Tyler took 13th place at 170.
MCDONALD COUNTY HIGHLIGHTS
Two McDonald County wrestlers finished second in their respective brackets, as Stacy Lopez-Apolinar was the runner-up at 155 and Gisel Aragon was second at 170.
Jaslyn Benhumea placed fourth at 115, Helen Martinez-Mazariegos was fifth at 155 and Rylie Huston was sixth at 140.
Ellysia Wasson placed eighth at 110, Candy Martinez-Mazariegos was 10th at 155 and Jazmynn Brewer took 11th at 145.
MONETT HIGHLIGHTS
Mary Jastal was the champion at 105 pounds.
Also for the Cubs, Brooke Bluel was third at 125, Lizeth Ramirez was fourth at 100 and Londi Torres-Ramos was 12th at 120.
WEBB CITY HIGHLIGHTS
Emma Combs took sixth at 170 pounds and Layla Espinoza was eighth at 140.
